Our first room and still the loudest heartbeat. The Main Room holds 18 mats under old beams; the Hot Room runs the 26-and-2 at a steady 95F. Showers, mat storage, and a water refill that earns its keep.

A single sunlit studio a short ride from Swami's. This is our quiet location: more Yin, more Restorative, and the prenatal program's home base.

The Main Room seats 16 mats; the Movement Room hosts Rocket, workshops, and anything that needs wall space. The tea bar is not a gimmick.

Included with Studio and Unlimited memberships, or $29/mo on its own. Every livestream is followed by a recording in the library. Up to 100 people in any live class.
