SOLAS. 2 weeks · $49

Your
first
class.

Everyone in every room was new once. Here's everything we wish someone had told us. No flexibility required.

Before you walk in

What to expect

What to bring

Pack light

Yourself, water, and clothes you can move in. Mats and props are free to borrow. For Hot 26, add a towel and a second water bottle.

When to arrive

15 minutes early

Fifteen minutes early the first time. We'll show you the room, the props, and where the bathroom is. The big three. After that, ten minutes is plenty.

Flexibility

Not a requirement

Flexibility is a result, not a requirement. If you're wondering whether you're bendy enough to come, that's a yes. You're the target audience.

The vibe

Zero attitude

Good teaching, warm rooms, no hierarchy. Our teachers use plain English, offer options throughout, and genuinely like first-timers. Seriously.

Answered

Asked all the time

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Book if you can; it takes twenty seconds and guarantees your mat. Walk-ins work when the room is not full.
What's the cancellation window?
Free cancellation up to 8 hours before class so the spot can go to someone else.
Is the intro offer really unlimited?
Yes. All studios, all classes, the online library, 14 days. One per person, ever.
Are mats really free to borrow?
Always. We wash them like we mean it.
How hot is Hot 26?
A steady 95F with managed humidity. Hot enough to mean it, not hot enough to be a story. If it's your first Solas class, Vinyasa or Restorative is the better starting point.
I'm pregnant. Which classes can I take?
Prenatal is built for you. Beyond that, talk to Priya after booking a consult; many students flow right through their pregnancies with adjustments.
Can I pause my membership?
You can cancel anytime and rejoin whenever; a proper pause feature is on its way.
Do you do gift cards?
Coming to the shop soon. Meanwhile, the front desk can sort one out in person.
